Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Taukira. By creating an account you agree to them.

Draft template — replace bracketed entity details and have a Malaysian legal advisor review before launch, especially the liability and governing-law sections.

The service

Taukira provides back-office tools for F&B businesses — stock, costing, invoice audit, cashflow and payroll — over the web and Telegram. We may add, change or remove features as the product improves.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must have the right to enter any staff or business data you add, and use it only for lawful purposes.

Trials and payment

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you choose to continue, subscription fees are billed per your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give reasonable notice before any price change.

Your data

Your business and staff data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no uploading unlawful content, and no using it to breach anyone else's rights.

Availability and "as is"

We work hard to keep Taukira running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The AI helps you catch problems — such as invoice overcharges — but its output is guidance, not a guarantee. Always review important figures before acting on them. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can cancel any time from your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On cancellation, data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@taukira.com.
